Very interesting results in baby sleep study
According to a new study the first 4 months of a new baby’s life are very important in setting bedtime sleeping habits.
I know some moms will agree and some won’t with the following methods but you never know it might work for your baby.
Here are a couple of tips how to teach babies to sleep through night:
- Put your baby down in her/his crib when it’s drowsy but still awake.
- Don’t rock your baby to sleep.
- Don’t let your baby fall asleep on you.
- When your little angel wakes up during the night don’t go immediately to him/her and when you go there don’t pick her up.
I have to emphasize that I don’t agree 100% with this method.
What do you think? How do you teach your baby to sleep through night?
