I read a really interesting article about brain-boosting food for pregnant women. The article on Babble.com tells pregnant women what are the most nutritious food that you can/should eat when you’re pregnant.
One of them is wild salmon. It provides brain benefits for mom-to-be’s and the baby-to-be’s too. It’s very rich in DHA which cannot be produced by our body.
They also share a delicious recipe with us: grilled salmon and tomato with basil. It sounds very yummy.
